Welcome to the Transformation Development Center (TDC)

Share and Care aims at community development, promote gender equality and addresses issues relating to health and environment. For capacity building of individuals and strengthening organizational development, Share and Care has established Transformation Development Center (TDC) at Badegaun, Lalitpur.

The TDC provides learning environment and enables sharing of experiences. This is done through short term and long term training programs organized by TDC.  Various learning events offer opportunities for professional updating and enrichment. The NGOs who intend to organize their own training programs can do so by hiring the TDC facilities.
